Incorrect Shipping Address Details
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, we are unable to reship the order unless the original package is returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the order.
Common issues include:
- Missing apartment or unit number
- Billing address entered instead of shipping address
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders with incorrect address details.
